Game of Thrones: Which Houses of Westeros Are Still Standing?

Let’s catch up with all the featured families of Westeros.

We’re only three episodes into Game of Thrones’ seventh season, and so much has already happened that we need to step back and look at who the players are at this point in the story (and why’s even left alive). The war for Westeros is underway and entire Houses are dropping likes flies. Spoilers, obviously, continue below.

Daenerys’ conquest is off to a disastrous start, Melisandre is on her way to Volantis[2] (not to appear again in Season 7, by the way), Littlefinger may find himself undone because of something he did way back in Season 1[3], and the Lannisters are poisoning foes left and right. This show is no stranger to rampant murder, but as we head into the final endgame the herd’s going to thin like never before. Which Houses still remain intact?

Many are still mighty, others hang on by a thread, and some have crashed head first into oblivion. Here’s a look at all the major Houses still making a ruckus in the realm. As the war wages on, which will be left standing in the end and who will remain to battle the army of the dead?

Who are you rooting for at this point? As the murders rack up (yes, even for this show), who do you think will be the next on the chopping block? Will Bran ever snap out of his trance and just tell everyone the truth about everything?
