Heads Up: Amazon Pushed Back the Avengers Power Gauntlet Release Date

Possess the incredible power.

If you buy something through this post, IGN may get a share of the sale. For more, read our Terms of Use.

UPDATE: Amazon’s listing shows the release date has changed to October 31, when originally the gauntlet was scheduled for an August 19 release. Amazon also sent emails out to some people who preordered the gauntlet alerting them of the change. Walmart and GameStop preorders are currently out-of-stock.

The extremely awesome articulated Avengers Endgame Iron Man Power Gauntlet is still up for preorder right now, but it’s already starting to sell out. It’s very reminiscent of the Infinity Gauntlet released last year, but unlike that one, you can actually buy the Endgame Power Gauntlet, at least for now.

If you want to complete the set and have a gauntlet for each hand, the original Marvel Legends Series Infinity Gauntlet, the one Thanos wore rather than Iron Man’s Infinity Gauntlet, it’s back in stock for its list price.

Back in stock at Amazon for $99.95 with free shipping.

With some major retailers already going out of stock, it looks as though availability could be limited. It didn’t sell out nearly as quickly as last year’s Infinity Gauntlet, which came and went incredibly fast and returned at much higher prices from third-party sellers. Fortunately, it’s much easier to get a hold of the Infinity Gauntlet now.

The Marvel Legends Series Endgame Power Gauntlet is still instock, and you can order it for its $99.99 list price, but I think it’s best to act sooner rather than later.

The Infinity Gauntlet from Marvel Legends Series is almost Hollywood-prop quality, and the Power Gauntlet looks like it adheres to the same level of quality and design. We’re hopefully getting one soon for the office so we can show off its features and quality, so make sure you keep checking Up at Noon, our weekly show about things like magical space mittens that alter reality.

In all seriousness, it’s an amazing recreation of an item in Avengers Endgame that only shows up on screen for a brief moment. Of course, it’s when Iron Man has the infinity stones, so it’s kind of an important item.

The stones light up, it has noises activated by pressing the power stone, and it has a “fist-lock display mode,” locking the fingers in place “to be displayed in an appropriately powerful pose.” It’s a top-notch Iron Man infinity gauntlet, for both display or cosplay.

It’s an extremely high-quality Marvel collectible, and you can still get it, at least for now.
