“The software allows for student management (student fees, student contact details and academic) to be done on the same platform. The functions are easy to use once you get accustomed to the software overall, and know the shortcut codes.”

What Users Dislike About the App

“I would love if it incorporates a section that shows all sponsor’s invoice and payments and if there is any outstanding balance in addition to showing the programme a student is accepted instead of using the programme codes.”

“It is difficult to extract data from ISAS to excel and word. I have to extract it in notepad then transfer it to word. And it requires too much manual labor.”

“I think the screen can be larger to allow a full view of details on a particular account instead of having to scroll up and down for the full report.”

“I had issues with the lack of flexibility with the system. I was unable to carry out certain processes as needed. The integration of isas and the University functions could not be fully established i.e. the system was not flexible.”

“The software doesn’t allow reports to be generated and sent directly to students. It can also be difficult to use if one does not know the shortcut codes. The software is not user friendly.”
